1. Definitions

1. Goods means made to measure curtains, blinds and all window furnishings and all other products manufactured and supplied by Curtinlux:

2. Order means an order of the Goods by the customer and accepted by Curtinlux;

3. Price means the Price of the Goods, including installation (unless specified otherwise);

4. Schedule means the schedule to these terms.

Warranties

1. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law;

2. Our goods come with a minimum 3 year faulty manufacturing and installation warranty. You must be the original purchaser of the Goods, with proof of purchase, and the Goods must not be removed from the window.

Measurement of Goods

1. All measurements are to be carried out by Curtinlux;

2. If Goods are manufactured according to measurements the customer provides, we cannot accept the return of Goods by reason of the measurements provided being inaccurate.

Validity of Quotation

1. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

Payment

1. All goods remain the property of Curtinlux until paid in full;

2. The customer is required to pay a deposit of 50% for full price goods and 60% for discounted bulk orders and special offers. The balance to be paid in full prior to final installation;

Default of payment

1. If you fail to pay the price in full, without limiting any other rights or remedies we may have, we may recoup from you our reasonable debt recovery costs which we have reasonably incurred.
